I need to know if anyone else out there has to deal with their parents still interferring in their life? I am 32, married, I have 3 children, pay my own bills, have my own house and yet i still have to justify things in my life to my parents. They are not even speaking to me right now and I dont even know why. I am so tired of it, when so they finally let go? I would love anyones take on this.

If you are 32 and your parents are still controlling your life it is because you are allowing it to happen. They are not speaking to you in an attempt to control you once again. Don't let it affect you and they will find out that this behavior only hurts them.

At that age they need to let go! I think once a child is done with high school and move out they should let go. If they are living at home through college then that is different then they can stay in control. You need to tell your parents that you are old enough to make your own decisions and it is getting really old that they are always trying to control you
