you should sign up for paypal if its available in your country or for e-gold account. once you reach the minimum payout, mylot will send the money to you. you can then withdraw it.

As soon as you reach the 10 dollar US currency then you will automatically receive your payment on the 15th of the following month. You get paid once per month and it will be paid directly to your paypal acct or different types of online accounts. give your paypal email account to mylot..they will transfer your earned money to that account ..then from that account you can withdraw money by requesting check from them.
