This is a recipe that is a pure hit in my home. If you like chocolate and whip cream give it a try, it is really good. This one looks real pretty when it is done to.
1 pkg Betty Crocker fudge Brownie mix
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 TBSP instant coffee (dry)
1 pkg (4serving size) chocolate fudge instant pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 pkg (10 ounces) English toffee bits
1 container (8ounces) whip cream
Heat oven 350 degrees
grease bottom only of rectangular 13x9x2 pan
Stir brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs until blended. Stir in coffee and pour into pan. Bake for 28-30 minutes. Check for doness and cool for 1 hour.
Cut brownies into 1 inch squares. Put half of the brownies in the bottom of a 3 qt glass bowl. Make your pudding with the mix and milk. Pour half of the pudding over your brownies, put half of the whip cream over the pudding and then put half of the toffee bits over whip cream. Repeat this again.
Cover in put in the refridgerator for at least 4 hours.
I hope thay you enjoy this and if you have any kids or just love chocolate I am sure that it will be a hit.

Wow this looks great. I will substite my homemade brownie mix for the betty crocker and not use the coffee. HUMMM wonder who cocoa will do as a substite for the coffee. You may be onto something here. i will give it a shot today with my alterations. Thanks for the recipe. My husband needs something new in his lunch bucket.

Cocoa actually sounds like a great idea. I may have to try that when I make it again. I am sure that it will be just as good.
