LawSuits

i've posted about my friend before in a simular discussion. he slipped and fell on a wet floor while he was on work experience. (he claimed and took this to court) the floor was wet (which he knew about, it didn't have a cone or a sign saying it was but he knew and still walked through it). personally i think it was his own fault, both are to blame but he wanted it to happen (which was clear).. he know believes because he's won one claim that he'll win everytime something happens. it's for money which is stupid. (people like him need to wake up but it's the strangest thing i've heard when it comes to lawsuits) well except treats that have been thrown by ex members of my forum. (i won't go into that) =) good discussion! kudos.. ~Joey
