Close your bedroom door!

It was midnight and my kids were in bed. I was standing in my room with no top on talking to my husband and my 11 year old son walked by my room. I don't know if he saw anything but I have decided I really need to shut my bedroom door. I figured I was safe because it was so late. Now I know better!

I can completely relate to this. My twelve year old daughter just WALKS in whenever the heck she wants to. I blame the fact that she's an only child and for the first couple years of her life she went with me everywhere. Now, I can't even go to the bathroom in peace, and forget about taking a shower! We don't believe in locks on the doors inside our home because we feel as a family we should have nothing to hide, but you better believe there's a lock on my bathroom door!

LOL! I haven't had them walk in on me in the shower! I have had the neighbor kids walk in on me in the bathroom. I learn to lock my bathroom door pretty fast!

well, you and your hubbie where just talking and he did not see any thing he would not see if he walked in on your while showering. if you had been doing something else, closing the door first would of been fine. later does not mean the kids dont get up for the loo or a brink of water. be safe.

Yes we were just talking. We shut the door when something else is going on.

Omgosh. That's kindof funny. Hopefully he didn't see but oh well what can you do now. I'm sure it's fine and he's not scarred for life or anything. :)
I don't like to close our bedroom door at night because it makes our room get cold.
