Who looks better with long hair a girl or a guy?

I think girls are the only ones who look good with long hair. Long hair looks rediculous on a man, no matter what.

I do not like it when guys have long hair. I like them clean cut. I see so many teenagers and younger have such shaggy dirty looking hair these days. I don't know why parents allow them to look that way! My two boys always have short shaved heads and I always get good comments from people about how good they look!
