Spiderman 3-Will it be the final part?

yeah i think so!the ultimate combat between spiderman and venow will be the end of spiderman movies i guess!!its really sad but i dont the think that a spiderman 4 will come..

heard that columbia/sony pictures is said to have started talks with David Koepp, who wrote the screenplay for the first spiderman, about writing the story for Spiderman 4 since last january

Spiderman 3 is the last one with Tobey, Kirsten, and Sam Rami under contract. Beyond that, they would have to renegotiate. I think Tobey has said he's not sure he wants to do another. I haven't heard anything from Kirsten and Sam says he might be interested, but won't know until he's done with this one and sees if he still has any passion left. As for Sony, they have said for some time now that they are interested in doing anywhere between 6 and 9. They have a good thing going, lots of fan base, and they don't want it to stop. Spiderman has been their cash cow for the last several years and they'd like to keep it going. Marvel is on board with that as well. Can Spiderman continue successfully without Toby and Sam? I think so. It would depend on how good the new actor was and how the new director sees the story. Personally, I think Sam will be back for at least one more. He has a lot invested in the story to this point and to turn it over to someone else would be like giving up your child before they are grown. Only time will tell. I do believe, though, there will be many more Spiderman movies. Depending on what they do with Venom in this one, he could help it go several more movies, anyway.
