How did you propose to your wife or husband?

I must say that most people probably wouldn't think the way my husband proposed to me was romantic but to me it was. We were just sitting in the kitchen talking and he just popped the question out of nowhere. How were you proposed to or how did you propose? I find it interesting to see different ways people think up to ask this important question.
