i think linux is very good as compared to windows for an organisation n for the Computers students since it provide security aginst the threats. Since its an open sorce code thus we can change its security morever it consists of the free softwares needing no subscription

Yes that's correct. but that depends on the user as well. It all depends. But Unix Family are really more stable than windows.
