My little girl is 14 going on 15 months old. Is there any signs I should be looking out for? She is starting to get uncomfortable I have noticed When She is wet or has done number 2. Any advice or ideas, please let me know.

With all four of mine, I started them at two. By three they were trained. I know people who just wait until they are three and they were trained in one week. It's not easy to train a two year old. They don't want to sit long enough to do anything, let alone go potty. So it's a battle and to avoid the battle, you should wait until the are okay with sitting on the potty.

This is a good discussion. My son is almost 13 months old. I'd like to start him soon but I did hear that i should wait until HE is ready?! :) He is walking now...it's really cute to see. Should we let him see mommy and daddy use the potty to help inspire him? :)

I started my son at 1 1/2 and he did great, it only took 2 weeks. However my doughter who is 2 1/2 doesnt want to do it at all. It realy depends on the child. Its never to early to try, if you think she is ready give it a go and se how she does. If she isnt ready you will know then just try again in a few months

That's how my niece was. Pretty much until she was almost three, they were still having trouble going to the potty. I will just have to try it and see. Thanks.

see you can train your baby for potty at any time. it is always good to train her when she is little. after 6 month anytime you can train her for potty. for my daughter i just started after 6 months. she at her 1 year she is petty comfortable on that.
