If you are interested you can join the Yahoo Group, called "Crockpot Creations", I joined this because I absolutely love to just throw stuff in the crockpot, and let it go....it always tastes wonderful, and is really easy to do. I have been a member of this group now for a month, and have been overwhelmed with what recipes there are out there, and what people actually cook in the crockpot....cakes...that amazes me, but I haven't tried it yet. Give it a look.

Instructions:
-------------
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Turn into a greased and floured baking unit or a 2 1/2 quart mold and cover.
Place on a rack in the slow cooker.
Cover the cooker, but prop the lid open with a
toothpick or a twist of foil to let the excess steam excape.
Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours. Cool on a rack for 10 minutes. Serve Warm.
