Has anyone read sink reflections by flylady?

I have the book body clutter, but I was curious what sink reflections was like. I want to know if it's a good one! Thanks

I have read sink reflections and thought it was a great book. I am still trying to declutter my house so I can implement some of her ideas. I have never heard of the book body clutter. What can you tell me about it?

It's a great book. It talks about getting the extra clutter off your body. Drinking your water and finding out what makes you want to over eat.
