My favorite rival teams are actually not on the choices you've given (my heart goes to Midoriyama and Shitenhouji), but if I were to choose from the list you have,I'll say Fudoumine. They are the type of team you really want to root for since you can see how much they've worked hard to reach the finals. Sadly they lost to Shitenhouji but they put up a great fight so there's nothing to be ashamed of.

I think Fudomine is my favorite rival school. Their angsty backstory is so heartstring-tugging, and they are so adorable with their worship of Tachibana.

i've watch this anime but i don't know what school they are from but i remember they had their caption go into surgery and he had blue hair. yeah...if you know what i'm talking about, that's my favorite team! because they're cool and hot!!

I like Hyotei a lot, because even though they are rival schools, they helped Seigaku out a lot. Atobe may always look so stuck up on the outside, but he really does care for his team. Plus, he did Tezuka that favor. :D

I think my favorite rival team -- at least for the moment -- is Rokkaku. They're the team I'd most want to play for, if I were in the series. They're easy-going, warmhearted, and have a close-knit team dynamic that really endears them to me. They're good sports, plus they obviously have a lot of fun together. Unlike the super-competitve Hyotei and Rikkai, I feel like Rokkaku plays, first and foremost, for the love of the game and the team camaraderie.
