It wont be too long before we can grill. What are your favorite things off a grill? 1. juicy steak is no 1. 2. mushrooms steaming with freshness. 3. onions cooked to they are soft. 4. zuchinni that is soft in the niddle. 5. just about anything that wont fall into the cracks.

Gee, I am in NY and anytime it is over 40 degrees and not raining is a good time to grill. Any time it is colder then that but above 20 is ok to grill, but you need a jacket.
I love chicken on the grill. Have been doing it at least once a week this whole winter other then the past 2 weeks. I throw out the family size package and we have enough for dinners and sandwiches.
Steaks are good, as are pork chops. We found a marinate called Chivatta's, that is awesome. Different then the standard BBQ, is awesome on pork chops.
Also do veggies, and ham steaks and grill pineapple rings. That is awesome with the ham steaks.
I use skewers to do shrimp and scallops.
I have a basket for doing fish...which cooks up really fast. Just need to spray it a head of time.

Brats, Hamburgers, and Pork Chops. I love grilling season. We have a George Foreman grill for the winter but it's not the same.
