I am residence of Canada, like to wirte Affidavit for my friend who leave in USA, who visited me in March 2005 and stayed with me for two weeks, he need this Affidavte for telephone company to proof that he was not in USA at that time. (reason Disputed telephone bill)

That's just plain silly, what risk is he taking if he is telling the truth in the affidavit?
