How far it is true?
Tennis, one of the craziest sport.
It seems the present day tennis, especially the women's tennis is dominated glamour. In the past there were only a few like Monica seles and Steffi graf. But after the advent of stars and models like Anna Kournikova, the tennis world wore 'a jacket of glamour'.
At present stars like Maria Sharapova, Sania Mirza, Serena Williams are following this way.

yes you will find the glamor factor everywhere now a day and i think there is nothing wrong with this . they show what people want.but glamor taking over game is not everybody would like to see. we surely see the WTA events to see some good and competitive tennis not the cleavage f the players playing.
glamor may take a player to the lime light in a night but u have to have the talent and determination for the game to stay in the lime light for a long time.
Anna kurnikova is one of the examples as she never won her self any grand slam or a WTA event but she was in lime light because of her beauty and today she is not known for her tennis skills but just as one of the glamorous girls of tennis and no player would like that tag.
