I don't think anyone here can tell you how you feel about your job. Love, secure, maybe both...only you know. But, if you've been there 12 years, there is obviously something keeping you there. What do you think it is?

yea, i like it a lot. im not really good at it yet, but i know i will. i am working with my dad on construction with his other workers and i really love it. i like it because i spend time talking to the workers (which one who happens to be my uncle) and i really am learning a lot on how hard work really is. i also like it because of the fact that im also learning on how to do that type of work for when i wanna build a house. going to work usually takes away my boredom and the stress or depression away from my mind and focus on something that also makes me built up my muscles from the physic work that i do. and the best part is that its like i get paid for having fun and working out.

i'm a full-time lawyer with my own private solo practice, and a part time law professor. it's not as financially stable or secure as opposed to when i was working for a law firm, but my work now is 100% more satisfying. working on your own is nerve-wracking at times, and time management is a must, but i love the challenge, and i love my job(s) now.

Maybe both! I'm out of work and really enjoyed the feeling of a steady paycheck.

I say that's love...heheh... job satisfaction is one of the reason why a lot of us stay with a company.. I was working with this MNC company for 6 years before I resigned.. and that was because i got married and changed country!.. LOVE that job too :)

I only applied for jobs I like and know what to do about. Sometimes I don't care about the pay, but unfortunately I never like my coworkers and they never like me. Most friends I had at work would have to take others' sides in order not to lose their jobs. The first months I started my own business, the companies called wondering why I left. I just hung up. My business is my life now and it's worth fighting for.
