Why it is easier to say " I LOVE YOU" to ur BF/GF than to ur parents??

Same question with me why is it hard to say i love you to our parents. In my observations, we could say it easier if we are close to our parents, right? We are close to our partner that is why it is easy to say it but with parents? mostly, are not closed to their parents because they are separated by time.

I dont think that its easy to propose a gal or a boy rather than ur Parents. If u r free with ur Parents and are true to them and above all true to urself , u can propose them anytime. Only thing matters is ur relationship with them.

well because we are shy to say this to our parents..they are the one who take care of us...and we become more emotional when it comes to them...

My parents didn't show their feelings and tell their children that they loved us all the time. And it's hard for me to tell my parents that i love them because of that.

Ya...that's a fact... But for me, it depends to the parents. If the parents always say "i love you" to thier children, they will also do that thesame. Pero sa atin kasing mga pilipino hindi showy mga ibang parents, hindi tulad ng mga amerikano at ibang mga nationality, normal lang sa kanila pagsabi ng i love you sa mga anak nila.

That question also bothers me. Maybe it's up to the training of the parents of their children. Some people can say also easily to their family I love you because they are used to it.
