why FLASH is better then HTML

First you hae to decide on which occasions one or other is better. If you want to say that flash is always better, then sorry. Sometimes one is better, sometimes other, and other times both provide good solutions. The question with flash is that it is heavier to load, a website totally done in flash is easy to make, but can take a looong time to load. So flash is used as one extra thing for websites. If you plan to be on this market it is good to learn both (and Ajax, and some notions of php, and the list goes on and on). Hope it helped.

First. I don't know why people would be afraid to adopt Flash for their websites. Most animated sites use Flash. The only downfall with animation on a site, not just Flash, is that it loads much slower. That only affects people with dial up connections though. Learning Flash is intuitive, very simple. I'm not going to go into detail except to tell you that No matter what you do with Flash, however creative and wild, you don't need to learn any code.

I think both are different thing. and both use are different but we can add a flash with my site for better look.

Do you mean using flash to create website instead of HTML? If yes, sure it is possible to use flash to create a website with all those fancy graphics and animation. But there are still many places were internet speed is very low. A complete flash site takes too much time to load in such situation. So it is not advised to do a complete flash site.
