i like it because it is a healthy option. i normally have it with milk.

I eat Quaker instant oatmeal every morning. I like cinnamon roll flavored and cinnamon apple flavored. It's good for you and lowers your chloresteral.

I love a good bowl of oatmeal in the mornings. Topped with cream and a bit of pure maple syrup..nothing like it!
