the heavy duty wash cycle has 18 min. on itbut you start it on the 18mins. it will drainat 14 mins. and refill and wash till it is done, this makes it where 14 mis. of wash timedoes not have any cleaning product, how can i fix this

I use to have a washing machine that would not start on 18 minutes so I just started at 16 or 14 minutes, whatever the next one was the would start the washer.
Perhaps you should just turn it to the 14 minutes instead of the 18 minutes so you have cleaning product in it.
