upset

Doesn't it relly upset you when you are waiting in line to check out and somone jumps in front of you? How do you handle it.

Not really, it's usually old ladies that jump in front, so I don't mind.

yes it does upset me. I just tell the person who jumped in front of me where the line ends and that is where he should go. My approach is direct to the point.
