I am ashamed of myself says my friend??? but why i say!!!PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS

She had two aafairs in her life. one the guy she loved but he was just with her for the lust, this even she knew. and one guy who loved her for lust as well by heart, but she did not love him... but she had physicall relation with both of them!! she said to me that when ever these both came to her she always felt helpless. she was not at all intrested in having relation with both of them. she hated herslef but even could'nt help herslef too. i think she is into some problem. what was her problem that she was so helpless?? can u help me thinking on this??

I think perhaps she needs to get away from both of them as neither seem right for her. She should be with one person who makes her feel complete.
