Pain in the !

I have a pain in my left wrist and i can't seem to get rid of it. I went to an Orthopedist ( Bone Specialist ) and he put one of those wrist bands on my wrist. It helps a little, but it still hurt's my neighbor say's she thinks it's a case of over use, strain and stuff like that she think's it might be a carpel syndrome she said. May be she shoulda been the doctor, cause he did'nt call it nuthin just put this wrap around on me billed me and sent me on my way with a script for 500 Milligrams of Motrin. has anyone else had this expeiance either with there wrist or the M.D.

It does sound a little like carpal tunnel syndrome. Have you been exerting it a lot lately? You know, spending too much time typing on the computer can cause that too. So, you might wanna just give it a good rest for a few days and if it doesn't get any better, go for a second opinion.

well im pretty sure that i have carpel tunnel syndrome as well. my wrists, fingers and hands will ache. my finger tips go numb often as well, which i hear is a sign of it. im going to see the doctor for it and see if i can get a brace or something of some sort. i dont want pain meds, they put me to sleep and i have 2 little kids.

I use to have backpain because of the accident i met with and i met 3 doctors now it is ok.

Well, I havent ever suffered anything like this. And I think you should take up advices of expert Doctors and should not go for the advices that people give here.
