Dopod or O2?

I am now in the confusion whether to buy a Dopod or O2 PDA phone. O2 is a good one before Dopod exist. Dopod is the manufacturer of O2 (that is what I heard)and some people said that O2 is not manufactured by the company again. Nw Dopod and O2 are competing one another, Some of the models are also similar. That is what bing confused me. Now, I am confused whether to buy a Dopod 838 pro or and O2 Atom Exec. Can someone advise me which one to buy and whether one is better than another. I really need some inputs now.
