I Have Overcome!!

Another one of my poems which you can say is in fact a reflection of part of my past!! Once again those of you that also like poetry feel free to share any of your work with us also!!!
I have overcome, i have been to hell and back but i remain strong.
I have been beaten and bruised, tattered and abused.
I have smoked pot, I have drank alot, cut the lines and hit the rock.
I have loved and lost, been broken hearted and down and out.
I have overcome, I get lonely but , I am happy and drug free.
I have gotten to where i want to be!

Well Ronita you have been perfect in composing this poem. The poem you have penned here is also a reflection of my past and the near future. I too hope that even I can overcome all this and be in a perfect place where I should have been before. Great work buddy.

I like the deep honest introspective point of view no apologies for where you have but just good focus on where you are going

Ohhhhhhhhh. Words collection is nice and poem is too nice but urs feelings...... alas! do n't feel urself alone Ronita!!! I and urs plenty of mylottian friends r with u. Never loose heart but its also truth that we fall in true Love only once. Well, u have good ability to write poems so plz write good and amazing poems instead of sad.
