Hi welcome to MyLot!
For me attendance is a must! There are certain topics and important details to discuss on a certain given period of time during college years and attending to it will help you learn more on the subject course you enrolled in.
It will probably good to attain more than 90% of attendance per subject so you will not regret in the future that you forget something about your work because you was absent when it was discussed during your college years.

hi again! You should have no absences less than 3 if my memory serves me right. I was in college 8 years ago and now in Law school it is different.

yes attendence should be compulsory in professional colleges. in my colleges 75% is necessary . i think its a right way .

in my college its even worse than this we have to attend all the classes and if we dont we lose marks and if the nunber of absents are more then 5 we have to repeat the course when its offered again
