Trinity doesn't mean three Gods. Those are good verses you quoted, It emphasizes the fact that there is only one God and that is indeed what the Bible says. If you will read more you will see that the Son was referred to as God, the same with the holy Spirit. Three distinct persons in One God, not three Gods. It will be a long list if I quote all the verses, you can find them for yourself. Nice topic.

But if I am not mistaken, Jesus before he got captured, He prayed to his Father. am I right? Could anyone explain to me why there is "Father" figure here? if we only believe in one GOD

Trinity is a doctrine or teaching of the Roman Catholic Church. They believe that the Father is also the Son and also the Holy Spirit.
This is not the case in the Holy Bible. They are three, separate and distinct from one another as could be seen when the Lord was baptized. The Lord was coming out of the water and while coming out, the Holy Spirit was coming down to Him, and while the two are there, the Father in heaven spoke. This shows therefore that they are three and they are separate and distinct from each other.
