i think that it is currently in its best form and if it keeps this form then it will definitely win the world cup.

i think indian,has ability to win the world cup ,but only one thing tat buts india behind is "they r not able to perform well under pressure situations".for e.g.south africa sereis.which lost by the indian team because of the lack confidence.
