according to me the best player and the most loveable player is by far the bengal tiger. he is the best captain and th second best player in the indian team after dravid. he has made a lot contributions to the indian team and we should not forget that the position he is in the team is not a very good thing. the way he was treated was very bad and now as chappel that he made a come back he commented that it was hs ploy which worked out. come on, how can he even think that we will bvelieve such stupid stories. also the way he made a come back to the team is something which is worth mentioning. it was so dificult for him . all the managment and the selectors and choach was against him and that showed that they had no dam intensions of having him back in the team. but still he made it and now is the key player along with sachin in the wold cup to come. and he was always confident that he can maek a comeback in the indian cricket team before the world ucup and he did that nicely. i really salute his determination and due to that he is my favourite and the most lovelingly player in the indian team.and will always be.

The wall, Rahul Dravid. Others are just sitting on top of him to be noted. Since somebody else decided to start the ganguly issue here instead of just mentioning their favourite cricketer, I feel sourav ganguly was shown the door at the right time as he was starting to behave like old days' cocky gavaskar with captaincy. Chappel never told Ganguly to get out of the team, but just to forego captaincy and concentrate on his batting, as he had the right and was in the capacity to say so. I want everyone to remember that ganguly had already once approached chappel for batting tips. Chappel had also openly admitted that ganguly had an influence in BCCI choosing him as Indian coach. When he is indebted to ganguly, why should he think ill of and oppose him? The answer is, he didn't, but he felt that he had to SPEAK THE TRUTH TO WAKE UP DADA. But our dada was gaga with captaincy and didn't want to forego it; thanks to the tempting endorsements and other benefits that came with it. So he was given the bitter pill taking after which he has recovered from his illness and now batting like the Ganguly we know before. Even now, it is because of true gentlemen like dravid and chappel, that he is able to be inside the team. Had either one of them chose to oppose his inclusion, that would have been the end of him. But they didn't. Looking at all the above, I think we all have the brain and common sense to understand that no ill was wantonly meant against ganguly. He got what he deserved. All chappel wanted was to see ganguly the batsman again and he succeeded. When a doctor give a bitter pill to the patient, the patient was forced to take it even if he didn't like it and he recovers to become normal again, I think the credit goes to the doctor. Here everybody is praising the patient for swallowing the pill but criticising the doctor for giving it!! What a pity!!!
