Which treatment you prefer Ayurveda or Haemopathy or Allopathy?

If choice is given to you which treatment would you prefer Ayurveda,Haemopathy or allopathy??? According to Ayurveda is best no side effects but it is good for long run i mean to say it takes time to heal

Allopathic medicine is the "ordinary" doctors´ medicine that we can buy from the Pharmacy. I avoid it as far as I can, due to the side effects. It is not natural to eat chemicals.
I have got rid of most of my health problems with good food supplements (see my profile) and earlier with homeopatic medicine.
Our cells need optimal nourishment so that they keep healthy, we are only as healthy as our cells.
I think ayurvedic treatment has to do with choosing the right food accustomed to everyone individually.

I prefer to start wth Allopathy and then once stable move onto Haemopathy.. this just minimizes the side effects of Allopathy

can you explain a little about allopathy? i never heard of that.
i know a nice lady who is an expert in ayurveda and she is also a naturalist. she is over 65 but appears to be 20 years younger!!! she does yoga, pilates and other exercises, and is always busy, running around the city doing things. i think she is in terrific shape for her age, and really beautiful! so i guess ayurveda is ideal for her.
