I read somewhere that we have to eat after 11 because the liver must relax until 11 hour

Without the slightest hesitation my answer is breakfast. Morning is the begining of a day. It's just like a car before a long journey have to top up with fuel. Obviously we know how important breakfast is. We don't simply take any food for breakfast. We must take nutrient foods contain protein, carbonhydrates, fat, vetamins and minerals.

I think they are all important. Our problem is food mixing. We eat to much stuff together when we should not. For exp: A Hamburger. Bread/starch is broken down by an enzyme called amylase - which is a Base - that starts breaking down starch in the mouth. Protein/meat is broken down by pepsin and hydrochloric acid - A acid - and this happens in the stomach. When they hit each other they neutralize each other and you have a bunch of stuff just sitting on your stomach and intestine. The food never got properly broke down and used for energy. Our kids eat the right way naturally - they eat one thing at a time. It is like we unteach them to eat incorrectly. Fruit is best in the morning - it is the quickest form of energy. But you should eat it by itself because if it does not go straight through your system and digest - it will just float on top of all the other stuff you are and start fermenting in you stomach. And you will be burping and pooting all day long. It's not when you eat - it is how you eat.

for me breakfast is the most important meal in one day because it give me energy to make a lot of thongs as to study,to clean my house,to play with my daughter and others

Breakfast is most definitely the most important meal for me. I, especially, make it a point to eat a heavy breakfast with more carbohydrates as this would be the best source for energy.
I'm having a hard time concentrating on my job if I haven't eaten anything for breakfast.
