How do you deal with persons who get angry very soon

Some loose their temper very soon. One of my friend has this quality most often he has to face its worst consequences.

Hmm...every person will deal with different way. Me, since i'm quite ignorant, when that grumpy is mad i just ignore him. Specialy when i says or do nothing wrong. Because, that kind of person will just easy to be angry when disagree about something (or facing ignorance like me, ehehehe....
