is that the answer to our over populated prisons? do you think people who have committed minor crimes should be released to allow those in who have committed major crimes?
Floating prisons sounds like a good idea, I think maybe the ones who committ minor crimes should be put to work outside the prison and pay for his crimes with cash money...just a thought.
