Last monday, I had asked my domestic worker to cook a special porridge to mark the aysurah day in Muslim calender. This porridge comprises of seven types of nuts. I had told her what are the ingredients that we need. When I came back from work, I was devastated. She cooks the porridge, but without the rice which if overcooked become porridge or congee. I couldn't say anything, just felt angry and sad at that time cause I was looking forward to enjoy the porridge for my breaking fast. It couldnt sold or tell her off, the only thing i told her is that i'm felt rejected. If this happen to you, will it cause you anger? She said sorry today, but I just felt sad over the matter and told her I got nothing to say on this. Am I being too emotional over this?

I think your feelings are understandable. I would feel disappointed as well, plus even angry and would definitely scold her. After all, you have given her specific instruction on what to put into the porridge. So, No, i don't think you are being too emotional over this :)
