on my opinion, i cant see the relationship of papaya juice in dengue... since dengue hemorrhagic fever is something to do with the blood, specifically platelets... its cure is constant blood transfusion of platelets if needed and removal of the virus inside the blood stream, it can only be done through medications..... its best to consult a doctor immediately... signs of dengue are sudden onset of high fever, nosebleed and other bleeding episodes that dont easily stop, and generalized weakness.....

Well, papaya is very abundant anywhere in the Philippines and it's good and I hope it could really cure dengue. And if not totally it could contribute to good health and if healthy, then we are stronger to fight any kind of illness including dengue fever. Besides, papaya is known to be a good cure of other ailments so there's nothing wrong if we eat papaya or drink papaya juice.

Here in the Philippines this year there is a large increase of dengue cases in some provinces especially in metro manila, I personally dont think simple papaya juice can cure dengue fever itself and here in our country we use the tawa-tawa leaves for treatment but to be sure for treatment you must always consult your doctor about this.
