Ever felt stereotyped by someone? either by your race, physical features? etc.. or have you ever stereotyped someone?

Some people think because I am in a wheelchair it means I have no mind of my own. They will begin talking "over me" to my husband ignoring my presense and even ask him questions about me! He gets annoyed and tells them to ask me myself. but I just look at them and roll on. Ridiculous!
