Married couples with kids.....do you take time out for yourselves?

I know, maybe you have two or three kids, and you both work all week long. Do you have a plan or a way that you get to spend alone time together?

Yes we do make time to spend with each other mostly on Friday nights. We watch a movie, throw darts, or listen to music while playing cards. We always make time for us.
