BPO or Business Process Outsourcing has to do with back office work for a certain company. In the Philippines it already includes Call centers. Its like one company ( ex. IBM) would entrust other company or a subsidiary for its back office or call center work. This is mostly done if the company is international and they want to have a base in a different country where they don't have a branch on.
