Good riddance! As you can noticed I am a new member here. I just wanna seek help from you guys. Not only i wanna earn money but most of all I wanna gain friends. But the problem is I dont know where I should start. Please give me some idea..Thanks

I'm also new here but I will still give you advice. Do not just post rather post quality posts, and of course it should be relative to the topic always that way it will help you receive good ratings and your earnings will get high too. It's easy and simple. Browse through discussions and share your opinions to those discussions that interest you. Then whenever you find member you would like to befriend with, send them friends request. On the other hand, when you have some interesting topics you would like to start with, post it, those who will respond to it, you can add them too. And by responding to others discussions and posting discussions yourself, you are earning. Read the guidelines on "earnings" and it will give you a thorough information about your questions.
