is it that fair with other colleagues of yours????
what will you do if you are in such situation?????

No, it should not be mix-match. In fact, I truly believe in not mixing up my different relationships together.
It is very difficult not only for other colleagues but for the person also who is actually not able to keep these 2 relations different.
