how often do you have headache?

I have migraines and these days I am starting to get pain if I read too much or anything like that.I have to get my eyes checked up ,which I am going to do very soon.As for my migraines,I have no go but to take a painkiller when it is really severe of when I am expecting guests or something like that.But usually if we donlt have any guests and I have a migraine or when I get a headache from strain when we go out for the day,I usually just sleep in a dark room.A full night's undisturbed sleep is always good for me.

I don't get to have head aches that often I usually have them whenever I too much stressed or whenever I am on a crash diet and I starve myself to lose weight. Sometimes it has to do with the eyes but you better check with the optometrist to be sure.

I do have headache when I go in hot sun for long or if I am under stress or due to overwork on computer or reading during exams. Headache has a strong connnection with your eyes. When you have burder over your eyes, that is, you work on computer or do excessive reading, or if you dont get rest to your eyes, you have headache. I manage headache either by applying balm, covering the head and taking a nap. Sometimes I go for disprin if the ache is strong enough that I cant resist it, and go to sleep. These two are the best ways to tackle your headache.
