Do I continue or Quit the Job ?

Since I am a teacher and teaching in a high school for about five years. Now I am facing some misunderstanding between me and my boss. My boss always tries to dominate me nowadays with no reasons. So what should I do Do I stay there or do i quit the Job ? Can anyone help me.

well being a man we all have to tolerate.but when it comes beyond your limit to tolerate anymore than i think you should raise your voice and tell your are not wrond at what you are not and if the situaion comes bad than i think you should quit.you can find another jobs too better than that.

Oooo..ChatYang, I think first of all you need to rotate your picture 180 degree. You're seeing from a different angle! That's maybe the example of the cause of your misunderstanding with your boss =D. But seriously, misunderstanding often caused because we fail to see things from the other people's view. Put ourselves in their shoes so to speak.

ur boss and a misunderstanding between u and him come in a package ... and there are many ways to clear that ... try to convey ur point ... if he accuses u of sumthin clear that ... coz that is what the professional life is all about ... acheivements and misunderstandings ... and dont quit until u get a new job ... it aint that easy to find a new one these days ..
