Windows Vista
In my opinion Swtiching from XP to windows vista is nothing other then wasting money .. number one you need a vista preminum system secondly vista just got visual styles i mean u can put visual style on windows XP as well and in both OS options are the same? guys what do u think of it ?

I think the same! For now I will continue to use my XP SP2. Windows Vista is only an heavie system for now. Many sites showed trough benchmarks that Vista slow down your pc in games of 10-15% comparing to a XP installation! Why buying a new system to go slower???? It's a nonsense. Maybe I will consider installing it in a year, when there will be more software and less incompatibilities and good drivers for it. Or when i will buy a DX10 card. Until then...I will use my fast and protection free XP =).

I wanted Windows Vista. The graphics are much better, but one of the main reasons is security. You also have controls to track where anybody has been on your computer. You can set where they are allowed to go and you can set times they can only use it. Great for parents.
I ran the compatability program and my computer can except the basic and premium edition. I then ran the program to see if I could download the Windows Vista or would I have to do a clean install. For a download it said my ethernet card and speaker system was uncompatable. Looks like I'm going to have to do a clean install.
