Hmmm... makes me hungry..lol!
I like the chicken barbeque. Our province is well known for the Chicken Inasal(barbeque). Roasted chicken is also good. I liked this two coz the chicken fats and oils are drained. I surely missed eating chicken coz i've been on fish and veggies diet this past couple of months.

I like chicken, but for a few years I got really bored with the same old recipes. I then discovered Butter Chicken and Chicken Masala and learned to make these at home, which I love as does the rest of my family. In answer to your question I'd have to say I like chicken, but usually only if the dish includes lots of curry. Cheers!

I like both chicken curry and fried one. Both are delicious and mouthwatering dishes as well for me..ha ha. Fried Chicken is easy to prepare. Though I do not know the procedure throughly as I never cooked.but I know which materials it needs to prepare the chicken dishes. For fried chicken you need oil salt and some spices But its a different way to make chicken curry.
It needs different spices and there are lots of variety in different areas regarding the amount to use .I know very little about this. ha ha ha...I support trial and error method. and one day I shall be perfect in the cooking chemistry as well.
