i think tata company is the world top company.

Dear friend I think its just the feeling that this company is good tor that is good. Until you enter that company and understand the culture you can differentiate. it should be employee friendly. You will either get setisfied with work in some company or with money in some company. So i am just waiting to find my dream company whichever it may be which gives me satisfaction in terms of money and work.
