Casting for Song of Ice and Fire

As was mentioned by MrCoolantSpray, HBO has bought the rights to ASoIaF. The Variety article mentioned that each book would provide the material for 1 season (so, a 7 season series for the moment). It also said that David Benioff ('Troy') and DB Weiss ('Halo') would write and exec. produce the series. Martin himself would contribute at least one script per season.
So! If HBO could cast anybody they want for the series, who would like to see play the major characters?Let me start the ball rolling (if possible, include a photo):Jon Snow: Jake Richardson (from Clerks II)

I have tried repreatedly and made up the same list 3 times... but everytime I try to post it I've been logged out and it won't log me back in!!! :(

Try posting just a few character/actor pairs at a time. Hopefully it won't time out before you finish if you make a bunch of smaller posts.

Tyrion Lannister: Either Jon Leguizamo or Danny Devito. (Spawn/Moulin Rouge, and Batman Returns, respectively)

I think Jon Leguizamo would be an excellent choice for Tyrion. Unfortunately he's currently working on a pilot for another TV series right now. Let's hope its not picked up and he's available to work for HBO (we know he'll be a major character for at least 4 full seasons! :D)

Emma Watson for Joff's wife? Can't remember her name, but it wasn't Sansa. 'Twas the southron lass.
Charlize Theron for Cersei
Heath Ledger for the Knight of Flowers, whatever his name is.
Geoffrey Rush for the guy on the wall that hates Jon. Again, I can't remember the name.
