What happen to all thise people you were once buddy buddy with in high school?

Is there a real way to contact the past freinds of high school? The so called in crowd, what are they doing, are they as successful as the board suggested? Who makes the mark and who fails the system? Is possible to be smarter then now? Tell me what do you think.
