Need some helpful tips on how to raise 4 lively girls

Our family needs to run much more smoothly. Our kids don't get along so well (the ages are 10, 7, 3 1/2 and 10mnths), so it's mainly our two older ones, but our 3 year old is starting to copy. Basically, it's absolute chaos!!!! My 7 year old has a foul temper, she screams like 2 year old, hits and kicks her older sister and I have had to give her demazin before to calm her because she gets herself so distressed that a bath or any type of distraction doesn't work. She has been to our G.P. with no further solution as he doesn't believe she has any great problem.
