Seriously folks. How many of us out there are bored with our jobs? Or simply frustrated. I suspect none of would really be here if we weren't looking for at least a little extra cash. My job bores me. I spend most of the time surfing the internet. I look for other jobs constantly but my skill set is highly specialized. And I can't move yet to another city, so that limits me even more.
So how many of you are bored with your job? How many of you find yourself chatting around the water cooler more often than working?

Honestly, we have the same problem. I'm totally bored with my current job. And the sad part is I left my previous job, which I lately found that it was somehow the best job I got so far since I started working. I have this new job of mine because of a better salary package, flexible working schedule no Saturdays, and a much less pressure job. But not until I started working for them, initially I thought it was going to be fine because there is no pressure. But as days passes by, I began to felt like it was all a big mistake moving to this company. That most of the times, I spend my time surfing the internet, chatting with my friends, and revising all company policies all over and over again. Sometimes I feel so sleepy and tire of waiting until I complete the whole 8 hour period. Even they pay me a lot, I really don't feel the satisfaction towards my career anymore, forcing me to look for other job.

Yeah, I feel your pain. Even though I have things to do I have no motivation to get them done. Doesn't it make you feel intellectially stagnant? I too spend a lot of time surfing the internet. And on mylot. That's horrible I know. I hope you find something better.
